How it works
Finding, researching and writing to local businesses is the part that never gets done by hand. We take all of it. What's left for you is what a business wants from its laundry partner anyway: an email from the owner, a phone call and a friendly face at the front desk.
We search around each of your stores for vacation rental managers, hotels, salons, spas, gyms, restaurants, clinics, daycares and cleaning companies. Other laundromats and dry cleaners are left out, and anyone who's already your customer is flagged.
The platform reads each business's own website, finds a public email and a named contact where there is one, and notes why they fit and roughly how much laundry they'd send you each week.
Each business gets its own kit: an intro email, two follow-ups, a call script, a voicemail and a walk-in flyer. It's built from your offer, so it only promises what you actually do.
One click opens the email in your own Gmail or Outlook, addressed and ready. You read it and press send. It comes from you, and the replies come straight back to you.
Every business gets a two-week plan: an email, a call, a follow-up email, a visit with the flyer and a last email. Your pipeline shows who's due today, and a Monday email lists what's overdue.
The flyer's QR code opens a quote request page made for that business. When they ask for pricing, a one-page quote in your branding is ready to send. Won accounts show up on your dashboard and in your month-end report.
The outreach kit
Every kit is written from what that business says about itself and from your offer: your business rate, turnaround, pickup days and whether the first pickup is free. It never promises anything your offer doesn't, and you can edit any of it before it goes out.
Hi Jordan,
I'm Dana, and I run Sunshine Wash & Fold, about a mile from you. With 40+ rentals turning over, I imagine the laundry never stops. We pick up sheets and towels, wash and fold them, and have them back within 24 hours, so a cleaner never waits on linens. Your first pickup is on us.
Would a quick call this week work?
Who we find
One steady account is often 50 to 200+ pounds of wash-and-fold a week: recurring revenue that doesn't depend on foot traffic or the weather.
Sheets and towels turned around between guests, so a cleaner never waits on laundry.
Overflow and full-service linen for rooms, without buying or staffing more machines.
Towels, capes, sheets and robes every day, picked up so the team stays with clients.
Member towels and mat towels washed and folded, so there's always a clean stack.
Aprons, kitchen towels and table linens, back before the next service.
Gowns, towels and blankets cleaned on a steady schedule.
Plus daycares, cleaning companies and any other business nearby that needs its laundry done.
Most cold email fails for the same reasons: it goes out in bulk from an address nobody knows, it reads like a template, and it stops after one try. This is the opposite. Each email is written for one business from what its own website says, and it comes from you, one at a time.
Email is also only the first step. Plenty of small businesses don't publish an email address at all, and the ones that do ignore most of what they get. So the plan adds a phone call, a follow-up, and a visit with a flyer made for that business. A call and a flyer at the front desk are often what win a salon or a gym.
And nothing slips. Every business has a next step and a date, so an interested hotel doesn't go cold because nobody remembered to call back.
